About
What is Radar Perene
Radar Perene is an editorial publication that reads Brazil’s market regime. It does not predict prices or offer opinions of the moment: it describes the present state of the market and records what has tended to follow similar moments. Regime first; the decision next — and that remains yours.

Who it’s for
For the investor, the analyst, the manager — and for any reader who wants to follow Brazil’s market without noise. Not tomorrow’s forecast, but the precedent: where we stand and what has followed moments like this one.
How we read Brazil
The Radar reads the country through five lenses, each covering a force that moves the market:
- Wealth — succession, inheritance, holdings and the tax burden on wealth.
- Electoral — the political calendar and the mood that precedes the vote.
- Macro / Rates — interest rates, inflation, FX and the government’s accounts.
- Institutional — the laws and decisions being written right now.
- Real estate — property, REITs and the credit that moves them.
There is also the Vértice lens, the house laboratory: it crosses market, FX, crypto and mood to raise hypotheses about where capital is moving — always a hypothesis, never a forecast.
What we show
The regime reading for Brazil and the intermarket — how sectors and classes move against each other —, the house indices that summarize risk and mood, and the historical analogs from the past: “today recalls such an episode, which ended this way”. It is the day’s editorial read: descriptive, with the counter-evidence in plain sight.
Where the reading comes from
We read public sources — the market, the Central Bank, the Treasury, the courts — and translate them into a regime reading, with the historical precedent at hand, over an archive that begins in 2000. We show what happened and what tended to follow; never a forecast, and always with the misses in plain sight.
Is it investment advice?
No. Radar Perene is editorial, descriptive content from public sources. It describes the regime and context — it never recommends buying or selling, nor predicts price.
